Tell me if it make sense to allow separate signatures to withdraw money from my mum's bank account. If the purpose of this court order was to check and balance the use of monies, then obviously, EVERYONE has to sign the check right?

If one person can withdraw money like that, then what is the point?

So ridiculous...if we can't even decide on OPENING a bank account in the first place - as in whether it be an account where all 4 have access independently or an account where all 4 must be present (we're going for the latter), then what is the point of moving forward with this court order?

this thing is going to turn out to be one complete mess.
