in a fit of athletic frenzy
I think when I become more stress about work, I tend to do 2 things: eat more, or become very restless
So this week I went swimming at safra...swam 20 laps in 30mins....i think I am pro....lol then again the pork legs and the beef steaks were stirring the water so much that it was kind of irritating to swim in that kind of turbulence.
later i'm gonna go badminton with van! HAHA...since ages that I have worked out with her. I can hear my fats jiggle and miggle. So hopefully, for health and for my heart (my family got family of heart disease), i can melt them away...
