New Year's Resolutions

I'm not much of a person who makes new year resolutions. Perhaps it's the part of not keeping them that made me give up.

However, i do have some hopes for the future, this being the 3 day of 2010...

Firstly, I hope the who charade and ballyhoo of my relatives die down asap. I don't think the events are any less worse, rather, I have become more insensitive to them. I decided to just focus on my studies and let whatever come, to come.

Secondly, I want to start an exercise regime. I can feel my bones becoming brittle and muscles turn into jelly. It's time to start working out again. Maybe tomorrow shall be the first. Meeting Vann for gym!

Thirdly, I would love to travel overseas to one destination every year. Be it JB or as far as Europe, but travel for me is a must. I realised how much I love it, and I feel that I am ready to explore the 4 corners of the world. HAHA! OK...no la, it's just the feeling of 'getting out'.

Fourthly, I'm going to work hard every sem to be as good as I can be. I know I am capable of it and it'll be a tragedy to not truimph in adversity.

Fifth, relationship or not. I would very much want to have one. Yet, I also think about the baggage that comes with it and wonder if perhaps I have been 'thinking too much'. So this year, I'm just going in with an open mind. If it comes, it comes.

Sixth, I'm gonna save up to 10k this year =D

Quite impossible since I'm gonna spend like 1.5k on phuket already. HAHAHAHA! but no harm trying right?!

Ok...seems like alot to hope for 2010. But nevertheless, I wish for the health of my family and friends. I wish our friendship won't change for the worse and I pray that it'll be a good year for all.

In any case, every year brings its own memories and pearls. If it ends well, it will start well. That's just what I think. Hopes for 2010 everyone!

(POSTSCRIPT: Techincally, we will see the world end in 2012, so perhaps it's a good time to start living and stop existing...HAHAHA)
