Claud
An avid collector of your hopes and worries, a romantic at heart.
She thanks her fairies, for blessing her with people who know compassion down to an art.
For accepting her for who she is, who never fails to turn up,
in times of need as well as happiness, or just there for a loving hug.

Noise externalities
I'm sick and tired of noise.
The library is no longer quiet thanks to squealing kids.
The toilets are not longer a haven for shitting thanks to *** talking on their Hp to let the whole world knows that they hate Singapore.
The Trains are filled with useless announcements, irritating kids with equally deserving parents, ringing tones that are either flat or sharp in pitch, rustling newspapers....the list goes on.
For this reason alone, I rather blast my earphones up to near-maximum volume just so I have peace. Listening to Natasha Bedingfield 5 times during a jounrey is much better than listening to the crap out there.
Singapore does not have a road use negative externality. The government should look into putting E(N)Ps [electronic noise pricing] for people. Everytime they make a sound in the library - *BEEP* 50cents!
NUGGET!
Claudia Wong is tolerant of noise, but this place is getting way too noisy.
