Growing up
What are the phases in life that marks our growing up?
In primary school, getting the BCG immunisation in P6 showed how we're apart from the rest of the "kids".
In secondary school, having your puberty marked at stage 5 was the start of teenhood. Followed by getting your IC made was to normalise the fact that you're a Singaporean citizen...
In JC, getting ipods, smaller bags, converse shoes was the sign of being a more mature teen.
Now....i feel that being able to drive and have friends and loved ones fetch you around is a sign of adulthood. What's next? Wedding bells?
I like the feeling of being in changing times...it gives you a sense of anticipation =)
