I'm no longer pro-jects. I'm Anti-jects. sick of them...GRRR
and and and...i don't want to come across as rude or anything - but sometimes, assuming that whatever i'm saying is clear and coherent, people can understand instructions and stop being so dense. Like after an outline has been provided, all that is left to do is write. GOSH, how difficult is that? Then again, maybe they are filled with their own ideas that they don't see where the project is really heading. And some people want to argue for the sake of arguing. I know group projects suppose to increase synergy (1+1= more than 2). But with lazy, stubborn, slack groupmates, sometimes i feel it's 1+1 = less that 0.1. =.=
Although that's sometimes the case, i'm happy to say that at least most of my mates are all right and efficient. YES.....where are those people? migrated or something?
i'm at mac at now blogging this. Nat couldn't meet me to study together because she has tuition at 3pm - so met up with wai deck at AMK drive thru mac. Hahahahahaha.....i feel quite bad cuz most of the time i kept snapping at him. heehee....
anyway, got a pleasant surprised when i reached, because guess who?
Jeremy was there...so long never see him le =) seriously, today was the first time i actually saw Jeremy and books together. Usually, when it's not school, Jeremy and soccer would be together. Hahahaha...i guess A's help. In any case, it was nice to see them all studying.
Them? Why them? not just wai deck and jeremy meh?
Yah, apparently, i was quite touched to see Mr. Darius Oh at mac (fanning himself with a red fan) teaching the J2s chem. I mean, it's way beyond his call of duty but i guess he cares a lot as well.
AWWW~
So jeremy and waideck were here waiting to consult him. In fact, he's been here since i came....say, 5 hours now? That's serious committment man. Anyway, he's outside because he can't teach inside - like duh right. I think Mr. Oh and heat don't go together very well...hmm....shall encourage him to buy an electronic fan next time...hahahaha, but the red fan was just so wayang and needless to say, cute on him.
I'm taking a break now from intensive reading session. Yeah, my laptop battery is going to be flat soon. I think at the end of this is post, it'll be 30%. Anyway, it was quite productive. Finished 3 chapters of readings and i have say, 10 more to go? HAHAHAHAHA....
Nat had a panic attack yesterday - poor girl....i dunno what to say to comfort her =) Press on girl! Van you too!
(p.s. you shouldn't be reading this post until A's are over!>.<)HEEHEE
meanwhile, did i metion that the mocchiacino at mccafe is damn nice? heehee....don't worry, its decaf, so i'll sleep tonight. =)
OH YAH....speaking about sleeping. Yesterday night, i was quite pissed at the bugs/mosquitoes/whatever that was biting me to the extent that i stomped right into my parents' air-con room and demanded my dad to let me sleep his place. SERIOUSLY...try itching your night through 3-days in a row. Tonight, i swear, i'll be sleeping on the floor man. Heehee....my dear papa so nice - let me kick him out...=P feel so bad now.
ok! my break is over. Gotta go back studying about Napoleon and maybe World War I.
Ah...oh that topic of WWI, i realised whatever i've learnt in secondary school about that topic doesn't not even come close in quality with what i'm learning now. It's no way CLOSE. seriously...i never thought that WWI was that fascinating yet so tragic at the same time.
I love History - European History.
