Mac?

Not macdonalds people...mackintosh...

i share an infatuation for the slim, slvete macbook with shangyi, who bought the laptop today.hahahaha...the Comex IT fair is packed with people on a friday afternoon. "don't these people have work?"

anyway, shangyi and i squeezed, bargained and explored our way there. some of the promoters are seriously pathetic.

"what is the difference between the $1299 and the $1699?"

"orh, the price lor, and the specs.[specifications]"

"what do you mean?"

"price la."

...

anyway, later after lugging the macbook, tablet and freebies around suntec, shangyi went to buy some winter socks and thermo wear...i just had a reality-check that winter clothes are NOT cheap. (mental note to self: allocate at least 900bucks for winter wear)

hahahaha, if i were shangyi i will be tempted to buy the 100+ cashmere thermo wear if i could and would. but in the end we thought that it was just way too pricy. so the add on to the IT baggage, we had apparels too!oh yah before going to buy winter clothes, shangyi also coincidentally met her dad's friend in suntec and the aunty coincidentally just bought a jacket for her to bring to london. so qiao right?so the aunty just passed her the jacket unwrapped (she was paiseh about it) to her lor....so heartwarming for a cold winter.

so we went back to shang's place to have dinner (thank you uncle aunty), fruit and serious downloading that took about 3hrs i think.we explored the mac OS and instantly fell in love with it! hahahaha, it's actually quite easy to use one you got the hang of it.

heehee, i feel bad for whining and complaining while helping shangyi to carry the macbook. but hey!i really want to help, its just that its heavy and i have a habit to whine to my mum about stuff like that, so it kinda came out unconsciously...paiseh arh!i'm sure you had alot on ur hands too =]

back to life....projects, problems, planning.

all these while, a constant thought in my head, nagging voice in my heart and an unsettling feeling descended. how do we move on from here?
